The Herdade was acquired by Alexandre Relvas in 1997. It is situated in the municipality of Redondo, enclosing 175hectares of total area, of which 35 are planted wine in loam soil, derived from schist. 97 of its hectares contain cork trees, planted between 1998 and 1999. With the purpose of satisfying all type of consumers, the Herdade of S. Miguel has been developing different types of wine, during the years. All of the types of wine reflect the quality and rigor, values that we promote in our work.

15 pts Revista de Vinhos - Ruby hue with violet hints. Intense aroma of red and black forest fruits, harmoniously combined with floral and toasted notes. Smooth tanins, nice acidity, very juicy and fruity.

A wine to drink with the closest friends.
Cherry red colour. Notes of coffee and wood taste. An intense red.
It's better not to pair it and drink it alone.

Adquirida por Alexandre Relvas em 1997, a Herdade está situada no concelho de Redondo e possui cerca de 175 ha de área total, dos quais 35 ha são de vinha plantada em solos franco-argilosos, derivados de xisto. Possui ainda 97 ha de sobreiros, plantados entre 1998 e 1999. Com o objectivo de satisfazer todos os tipos de consumidores a Herdade de São Miguel, tem vindo ao longo dos anos a desenvolver várias linhas de vinhos. Todas elas refletem a qualidade e o rigor com que têm vindo a trabalhar.
