TASTING NOTES:View: Color straw yellow.Nose: Intense aromas and fresh red fruits.Mouth: Fruit vibrant with a nice fresh acidity, has a medium body. It is soft and juicy, with some attractive red fruit notes. Tannins are really soft, just give a structure to the warm fruit and acidity.APPELLATION: Alentejano (Portugal).VINEYARD: Cortes de Cima.GRAPES: 45% Tempranillo, 30% Syrah, 15% Touriga Nacional 5% Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet 5%AGING: Aged in tank with fine lees.PREPARATION: The fruit is destemmed and triturated gently, after fermentation under temperature control for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks, with gentle strokes.WINE PAIRING: Perfect with beef and poultry.RIGHT SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 - 12 ° CALCOHOL: 13.5%
