4 /5

Regional wine From Alentejo, made 100 % of the chaste Syrah. It staged during 8 months in French Oak. This is an intense, opaque wine, presenting a crimson deep colour. In the nose it has notes of black plum and cherries, with insinuations of liquorice. The taste is extremely mighty, but elegant, with intense notes of black fruits and oak.

Brownish red edges. Toffee smell, followed by coffee smell. It has a mellow taste of chocolate pudding.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.
Wine and friends always pairs very well .
