Black berry fruit, plums and delicate toast notes. Spices, earthy, complex. Elegant on the palate, with velvety fruit backed by a firm structure of tannins. A classic Incognito, it is already accessible, but with balance and structure for a long-term evolution.

4 /5

Tasting Notes: Exciting mix of wild fruit red berry, wood toast, meat and tar notes. The palate is complex, with a strong taste of ripe wild fruit and a captivating balance. Soft at first, showing firm throughout the race, excellent structure of tannins and a pleasant freshness, good acidity to contribute to a long and persistent end. Serving at: 16/18ºC. We recommend with: Good with Ensopado de Borrego, migas and other Alentejan pork dishes and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Brownish red edges. Toffee smell, followed by coffee smell. It has a mellow taste of chocolate pudding.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.
Wine and friends always pairs very well .
