Jag tog 2 flaskor av Cabrita Negra Mole 2020 med ett gammalt par.
Höglagrat vin med körsbärsfärg. Luktar skogsbär. Tungan blev som sandpapper.
Vi tog det med en hjortköttsgryta.

Provamos este Cabrita com os sócios do clube.
Pude ver a cor vermelha e a orla violeta. Aromas a frutas vermelhas. É um Negra Mole com um sabor muito equilibrado.

Passer godt til en kraftig fisk. Perfekt vin til å dele med venner.
Opak rød. Rødevin lukter godt , som rødt fruktkompott. Dessverre smakte den eddik.
