2017 Cantina Terlano Lunare Gewürztraminer Alto Adige (Gewürztraminer)

APPELLATION: Alto Adige.
VINEYARD: Cantina Terlan.
AGING: 9 months in stainless steel barrels and French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes were selected and harvested by hand. gentle pressing of the grapes was performed to obtain the must, which was clarified with natural sediments. alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel barrels, for a period of 15 to 18 days. The wine was separated into two lots, of which a portion was aged on the lees in stainless steel barrels, while the other half was aged in French oak barrels. The wine was mixed for 3 months before bottling.
PAIRING: Appetizers, white meats, seafood, salads, baked vegetables, risotto, creamy desserts and fruit.
