Ferrari Maximum Brut Magnum

A deep straw yellow. A gentle, yet positive and persistent bouquet with a note of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnuts and variegated floral aromas. Dry elegant and well-balanced, it displays notable personality with in the intense fruity notes that are typical of Chardonnay accompanied by appealing nuances of vanilla and yeast that linger for a long time on the palate.

To buy Ferrari Maximum Brut Magnum at Uvinum is so easy that I had no doubts.
It showed strong colours. You notice the yeast fermentation. Very tasty.

Ferrari Trento Maximum Magnum

The Ferrari Trento Maximum Magnum was far better than the food. I tried it on a wine tasting of wines.
Has a very cheerful colour. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
