2014 Campolargo Baga (Baga)
- View: pale ruby.
- Nose: intense, fragrant, clean scent, crushed berries, some vegetal appeal.
- Mouth: medium bodied with fruit quality, very lively, strong and pronounced acidity in the final tannins.
AGEING: Aged for 12 months in barrels sophomores and tanks.
PREPARATION: total or partial stripping, fermentation tanks with small band manual or mechanical rolling. Completion of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wood used.
PAIRING: game meat dishes such as wild boar stew, beef, lamb, poultry and roasts.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
