Defined grenade
Colour. Aroma-wise, there's a predominance of ripe red pulp fruit and jam of the same. It presents toasted and mocha nuances.
Fruity, smooth, elegant taste. On the palate, it reveals a great volume and a long finish.

I asked some friends from Bairrada to bring it over.
The colour was rather dark red. The Bairrada smells like cherry, licorice. A soft, fresh wine.

My partner paired it with several snacks. Was a good idea. It had been opened at a wine event.
It revealed a very light colour. Aromas of coffee and wood. A little bit salty but it was very good.
