A beautiful colour. Yeasty and notes of bakery on the nose.Acid, fresh, light.
This Bairrada accompanied us while waiting for food.
A sparkling which I enjoyed with my friends.

TASTING NOTES:
Aroma alive and focused on the elegant white-fleshed fruit, with a slight floral plant. Very creamy in the mouth, bubble attractive thin and acidic, helping to end a distinct and full of presence.
- Winemaker: Susana Pinho
- Winemaking: After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of 18 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of wealth, taste and elegance. For removal of yeast proceeds to the remuage for 2 months. The disgorging glacée releases the yeast and then add a small amount of expedition liqueur to finish the wine. After a period of two months after this whole process a bottle of sparkling wine is ready to enter the market. We advise you not to delay their consumption more than 10 months after your purchase.
- Grape Varieties: Cerceal, Chardonnay.
- Food Pairing: Excellent companion of appetizers of salmon, oysters, or just the natural taste at any time.
- Store and Serve Advices: It should be served at 6-8ºC.

Ruby colour. Complex and intense, where black ripe fruit stands out in balancing with the spices gained from the aging in the oak barrels. Full and smooth on entering the mouth. This is a wine where tannin is present but is refined and elegant. It strives for balance between concentration and freshness.
