2007 Domaine Du Traginer Rimage 50cl (Carignan, Garnacha negra and Garnacha gris)

Between the sky and the sea, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean vineyard Banyuls and Collioure is, without a doubt, one of the world's beautiful. Coming from a family of winemakers, Jean-François Deu, man of character, continues the tradition of 9 has to vineyard.

 From strains Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan noir, he elaborates and Banyuls Collioures powerful and vigorous.

The terraced vineyards and the winemaker will require unwavering respect for tradition. Therefore, Jean-François works the land with the help of one of the last mules Banyuls. The pays tribute to his uncle, who was the last horseman of the region ("; Traginer", meaning horseman in Catalan).

It was a perfect companion for the main course. A wine to enjoy with a friend.
A beautiful colour. Good acidity for my taste.

Has a strong colour. The Banyuls tasted like wild berries.
It would go perfect with blue fish.
