Each vineyard with unifomi characteristics (exposure, age, soil, order of planting, clones) is collected and fermented for their own account.
All of 4/5 days maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks as well as the completion of fermentation for the next 10-12 days, after which the transferred wine in oak barrels of various sizes and types makes the malolactic fermentation.
All the various lots undertaking a period of aging in various types of wood, French and Slavonian, for a period between 18 and 24 months, after which takes the final blending and bottling. After one year, the bottles are ready for commercialization.
Deep garnet, the nose shows floral and spicy feelings perfectly mixed: tobacco, cherries, cocoa and fresh raspberry in evidence; the taste is rich, full-bodied and elegant.
Age-worthy wine that matures slowly and constantly in the bottle.
Grandi also expressions of decades away. Eternal.
An aristocratic wine that finds its ideal Marian with venison and game, jugged hare, braised beef, chamois, saddle of venison, wild boar, deer and partridges.
Superb with dishes garnished with white truffle of Alba: cardoon flan with fondue and duck ravioli.
