- Body / Mouth: The palate is fruity, fresh, dry and creamy, with flavors of banana, with notes of lime and vanilla, mixed with fresh notes of wheat, sweet malt and soft creamy oatmeal. Final candied and ripe fruit.
BREWERY: Bosteels Brewery. It is located in Buggenhout and was founded in 1791 by Evarist Bosteels. They have maintained their family legacy and traditional recipes, for several generations for over 200 years. Currently the seventh generation of the family is in charge of the brewery.COUNTRY: Belgium.
FERMENTATION TYPE: high fermentation.TYPE OF BEER: Tripel Karmeliet beer multigrain refined. It is made with three kinds of grains, such as barley, wheat and oats, a recipe that has more than 300 years old, remaining from 1679 when it was made in a Carmelite monastery that was located in Dendermonde. Its name refers to its composition, origins and re-fermentation in bottle 2 to 3 weeks with yeast and sugar.
