The Triple Abbey of Saint-Amand is a craft blond abbey beer and flavored with juniper berries. It is neither filtered nor pasteurized Typical Northern France, where this is brewed Triple Abbey. The Juniper brings an aromatic enjoyable and which affects balance perfectly with the different aromatic hops used here. The abbey of Saint-Amand Triple therefore presents a blonde dress disturbed by residues from the fermentation in the bottle and no filtering. She exudes a pleasant nose with light and fruity aromas of white fruit, citrus and a hint of juniper that brings a certain freshness to the whole. Slight yeast tips are also noticeable in the mouth, hops taste affirms its full power with bright, fresh fruit flavors reminiscent of pear, citrus and apple. Malt then tries to impose his character with caramelized flavors before being quickly surpassed by the return of hops and their beautiful flowery bitterness. The Juniper is also present here and gives originality and character typed this Triple Abbey of Saint-Amand. Its flavor balance comes from the variety of hops used and if the malt provides little taste it still provides a certain roundness to the triple. She won the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2006 and 2008.
