Baladin Isaac 75cl

A blanche to pale yellow, slightly veiled and opalescent with fine and moderate foam, that the nose has undergone pleasant citrus notes and a delicate spiciness that rises to as they buy beer heat. It then presents the palate, with a pleasant harmony of cereals and citrus interpenetrating melting, later, in a delicate floral and spicy balance. This leads to a slightly herbaceous final leaving the place, in the mouth, in a thin and appetizing peppery note

The beer is the brewery Isaac Classic Piedmont Baladin. It represents a breakthrough in the Italian beer brewing scene. A white beer, watching old Belgian traditions of blanche. The Isaac shows a very pale apricot color and a creamy foam. The nose gives a pleasant scent of citrus fruits is accompanied by spicy notes of coriander and yeasts. In the mouth freshness prevails elegant with definite hints of coriander and orange peel. This beer is perfect to accompany the aperitif time, it is also interesting to experience it with light appetizers and dishes based on vegetables and fish.

Baladin Isaac Blanche 75cl

Isaac is one of the first beer brewed by Baladin, dedicated to the son of Teo Musso. The addition of spices is inextricably linked to the history of beer. If today is the hops bittering and aromatic adding of most beers in the world, in the past it was not so. Already in the ninth century, D. C. is quoted Gruit, spice mixture containing herbs, which could include rosemary, myrica, bay leaves, ginger, anise, caraway, marjoram, sage. . . Baladin honors this tradition with Isaac, a beer characterized dall'utilizzio of typical and original cereal spiciness, present but never intrusive. From the glass will invite its creamy foam, the deliberately murky and light apricot color and a scent of yeast and citrus fruits that go to get lost in harmonies spiced with coriander and orange peel. Fresh on the palate, has a light body and is very drinkable. It is ideal as an aperitif or to fresh foods, with light appetizers of vegetables and very well with the fish.
