Special Belgian beer, 8% alcohol, high fermentation and second fermentation in the bottle. La Chouffe is the first beer brewed by Brasserie D '; Achouffe: golden, strong and powerful blonde Co2, quite fruity, spicy and hop references. With its second fermentation in 75 cl bottles with cork, and unpasteurized taste of Chouffe evolves over time. However the case of a lager is best taken young. As well served fruity and fresh beer is drunk as an aperitif with nibbles (ham? Cheese or sausage) and less cold dessert, where the remains of the second fermentation yeast to help digest food. Storage: Store the bottles vertically in a cool under the light. A yeast tank naturally forms on the bottom of the bottle. Serving temperature: 8-12 ° C (bottle)
