Appearance: a fine mousse, pleasant and consistent reflections of amber. Opalescent because unfiltered.
Smell: an intense, fruity and lightly floral, with notes of yeast. Taste: full-bodied and fruity with good structure, sweet but soft and elegant, with streaks herbaceous.
General Notes: This beer is named after the typical production of flowers bloemen town of lochristi.
Match: bloomy rind cheeses and sausages served with honey. Risotto structured with addition of pineapple. White meat in the oven also deglassate with rich sauces or gravy thick. Cinnamon and vanilla mousse, fruit tarts white, mimosa cake.

With this Bloemenbier, discover one of the few beers produced by the excellent Brasserie De Proef for its own account. Indeed, the Brasserie is famous for its productions of great qualities. All times, it is specialized in producing special brews where unreleased on behalf of other brewers or brewers do not have the necessary equipment to carry out their recipes. It is rare to enjoy products made by Brasserie De Proef for its own account. The Brasserie was seen coming out of these tanks of exceptions revenue and now rare following success beers they met but this success is often attributed to others. Bloemenbier beer is a beer in amber color which is covered with a rich lather but inconsistent the nose, it is very rich and flowery; Nice malty and fruity aromas appear with notes of caramel, honey, flowers and apricot. On the palate, this beer has a very smooth on the palate with very fruity and sweet flavors. We discover notes of peach, apricot, pear and floral flavors and malty toffee buttons.
