Bracine Blonde Is a golden colored beer and high fermentation. The first beer produced by the Brasserie du Pays Flamand presents a rare lightness. When you pour in the glass, you will notice a thin scum of bottle bottom in yeast, demonstrating its aromatic freshness and its natural sparkle. The nose reveals aromas of malt and yeast accompanied by spicy notes. In the mouth, the fruit flavors are pleasant and end on a fine bitterness. The Brasserie BrasserieLa country Fleming was born in 2006 in the town of two childhood friends passion: Olivier Duthoit and Mathieu Lesenne. Fierce defenders of their land and its traditions, they undertake a project to create a brewery in Blaringhem, on the border of French Flanders and Artois, in the premises of a former brewery. Success was almost immediate! Raw materials of high quality from the "near area" and an undeniable expertise illustrate a rich array of beers (Bracine, Anosteké and Wilde Leeuw) and award-winning. First beer produced in 2006 by the Brasserie du Pays Flamand, the blonde Bracine is a young beer from northern France. Brewed high fermentation, it has a secondary fermentation in the bottle that will enable it to develop its entire taste palette. Like most beer then produced by the Brasserie du Pays Flamand, this blonde Bracine will quickly meet a great success since it already has two silver medals conquered at the Concours Général Agricole of Agricultural Show of Paris, in 2009 and 2011! It develops in the glass a light yellow dress slightly troubled by this yeast lees in the bottle bottom and which is from the bottle fermentation process. This blonde Bracine offers the nose aromas of sweet malt and yeast that evoke spices and roasted beans. It is found in the mouth fruity flavors that are accompanied by spicy yeast notes. Bitterness is affirmed on the palate and just enhance the character of this relatively fresh beer.
