The Bracine Brune is a craft beer produced by the brewery Pays Flamand since 2008. This small brewery in northern France quickly established itself as a reference in the region and beyond, since it has already won several medals for its various beers. The Bracine Brune shows an unexpected dress, dark amber color to brown and gives off aromas of roasted malts roasted, wood and dried fruit. On the palate, we find sweet roasted malt flavors that evoke the caramel, dried fruit, roasted malts. Slight alcohol peaks are felt, while the flavors are more fruity and spicy and approach the finish, a slight bitterness is noticeable. The finish is dry and malty, pulling the dried fruit. A great craft beer this small brewery Nord-pas-de-Calais to discover and share! Ideal for a late meal or a winter evening!
