But it pairs especially well with desserts of red fruits or as an aperitiv with potatos chips.

But what about this grinning clown on the label? This drawing goes back to the medieval legendary King Maximilian from Austria. This artisanal blond high fermentation is the last beer brewed in the historic center of Bruges, which explains its name. Indeed, the people of Bruges are locally called "Brugse Zotten" literally freaks Bruges. With 6% dalcool, this blonde with fine foam betrays malty flavors enhanced with some spicy notes, typical Belgian yeast. The palate is also very slightly malty in attack before lon not be taken by surprise by the very slight bitter finish. A very nice beer that expresses its full potential in his glass "Brugse Zot" in the summer.
