TYPE OF FERMENTATION: (Low fermentation). Budweiser is made with the best barley malt selected by hand by regional growers in the country. Fresh and green rice (ground and classified) is also used to provide a crispy taste and a smooth finish.The yeast of this beer acts at a low temperature (between 6 to 10ºC) and after 8 to 10 days it is deposited in the bottom of the tank. The filtered water is subjected to daily purity tests by the brewing masters. The rigor in each procedure allows Budweiser to acquire its body and taste of the American style.
