Belgium Brasserie Dubuisson Belgian Beer with sole custody is replaced by & eacute e maturing in oak barrels for 6 months.
Capacity: 75cl
Degree: 13 °
Origin: Belgium
The Dubuisson Brewery is a Belgian brewery, founded in 1769 to Pipaix. It is known for its various Bush beers ( "Dubuisson" in English), and for the Cuvée des Trolls. It is the oldest brewery in Wallonia (over 230 years of existence). The Bush comes in the name of Scaldis in some countries. The Dubuisson Brewery is also looking to the future, it has invested and innovated massively in recent years: first in broadening the range of beers (distributed everywhere in Belgium and in over 30 foreign countries), recent creation of two micro-breweries (in 2000 in Louvain-la-Neuve and in 2003 in Mons), and finally the creation of a new reception center for visitors to Pipaix including a brewery museum. The Bush Prestige is initially a Bush Amber whose traditional guard in stainless steel tanks was replaced by a maturing in oak barrels for a period of 6 months. During bottling, a small amount of sugar and yeast are added to the beer, which, placed in a hot room, develops a bottle fermentation gives it a natural cloudiness and a particularly high rate of alcohol 13%. Curing old in oak barrels allows the taster to find aromas and tannins found in beers for decades that will delight the most discerning palate. It includes close aromas whiskeys, brandies matured in oak barrels but in a set of exceptional roundness. The powerful taste, rich aromas, the exclusive bottle and a limited distribution make the Bush Prestige an exceptional beer.

The Bush Prestige is an amber beer matured in oak barrels for 6 months. Then, during bottling, the small amount of sugar and yeast mixed with warm room investment will enable it to develop a fermentation giving it a pretty cloudy and especially a high alcohol content, amount to 13%. This is the whole history of this beer, maturation old that will give even experienced tasters feel rediscover aromas and tannins missing and take a sip of history. In the mouth, we find aromas of ripened close whiskeys or brandies in oak barrels while keeping overall an exceptional roundness.
