In the center of Europe, in the province of Hainaut in Belgium, that is Chimay. Chimay Rouge Premiere

The nose, perhaps, is the "thing" most beautiful of this beer: rich aromas, intense and durable: berries, spices pepper, cinnamon, then comes the sweet caramel malt with a widespread but held, ending with fruit red fruit. Accentuated by carbonation, it has slender body, lively although nothing elusive. It 'also rich in taste: sweet malt, elegant and soft, the slight astringency of fruit, plum and apricot, baking net and defined. The finish is correct, with bitter notes of hops, that taste had become "noted", and the wealth of the spice, returning rich and varied.
