The Colomba is a white beer produced in Corsica by Brasserie Pietra! Brewed on the basis of barley and wheat malt, this beer is flavored with hops over and a mixture of herbs from the Corsican maquis composed of juniper and myrtle, strawberry tree! The Colomba present in the glass a blonde dress at the abundant foam that releases fruity aromas and slightly tart, spicy scents and notes indicating the presence of wheat. In the mouth, we find fruity flavors with a sour look reminiscent of lemon. These are accompanied by strong herbaceous and spicy flavors recalling the presence of the maquis herbs. The presence of wheat (wheat) gives this beer a creamy body but can not hide a slight acidity final. A slight hop bitterness accompanies the end of tasting.
