Delirium Tremens is the flagship product from the Belgium brewing company, Brouwerij Huyghe. No wonder, this pale ale has already won several international prices on different beer competitions. Stuart Kellen, a globally renowned beer critic, has even nominated this blonde as the best beer of the world.
On the bottle label of the Delirium Tremens you can see animals, which according to books and urban legends people state of mind of delirium use to see: A pink elephant, a crocodile, a dragon and finally, the famous Hitchcock-birds. Probably we'll all prefer the phase of the pink elephant, thinks the master brewer.

TASTING NOTE:
- Appearance: Delirium Tremens has a pale blond color. It presents a fine and regular effervescence. By serving as a suitable form, you will develop a beautifully delicate foam head.
- Aroma: Slightly malted with a spicy touch.
- Body / Taste: Medium. It is characterized by its roundness on the palate. The aftertaste is strong, bitter dry and prolonged.
CERVECERÍA: Huyghe Cervecería. In 1902, Léon Huyghe was established in Melle (Belgium) and in 1906 he acquired the brewery which he named "Brouwerij-Mouterij den Appel". The new factory of Brouwerij Huyghe (Krones) is ultramodern and has introduced new innovations: it has a capacity of 350,000 hl, it has a high efficiency packaging line (18,000 units per hour) and it has the latest filtering, fermentation and maturation. In 2014, the factory acquired an environmental commitment and set itself the goal of becoming the most sustainable brewer in Belgium.
