Founded in 1845 in London, Fuller's Brewery has always been an independent family company. This is also one of the leading breweries in the English capital, it now produces the equivalent of over 1, 2 million pints a week! Brewed for export, the Fuller's India Pale Ale is the showcase of the expertise well "British" of this historic brewery. The India Pale Ale style beer originated in the city of London, where he was created to allow lexpédition quality beers to soldiers stationed in the British colonial empire. For this, we used a large quantity of hops, which is a conservative excellent and thus allows long path with beer. For that Fuller's India Pale Ale is the variety of hops "Goldings" that was used in large quantities. This beer amber color is adorned with a white and airy very persistent foam in the glass. It offers the nose of sweet and subtle aromas with fruity notes of hops, malted caramel scents evoking grassy notes and a characteristic of the English yeast straw. The Fuller's India Pale Ale develops on the palate with beautiful fruit flavors hop with strong citrus notes. A caramelized edge slightly grassy flavor accompanies a while the whole appears rather dry in the mouth. The bitterness is affirmed throughout the tasting, but has no persistence in the finish. IPA away from some very racy and very bitter, that Fuller's India Pale Ale is a subtle beer that will satisfy the sensitive palates and neophytes in search of tasty discoveries.
