Previously, the beers were crafted with the seasons. It is this long history that Gayant Brewers have inherited their brewing method for this Christmas Goudale. These are among other Target hops, Tettnang and Strisselspalt entering its composition, providing us a beautiful aromatic complexity. This amber beer in the orange dress is topped with a beautiful persistent white foam. On the nose, the aromas reveal beautiful notes of caramel, spices and lightly toasted malt. The mouth, slightly sweet, highlights finely roasted and fruity flavors. A yeast key is also noticeable. This Christmas Goudale shows us how the French brewers can offer great beers christmas!
