This version of the Hopus is brewed with hops 6 instead of the usual 5 hops. It is therefore the Citra, an American hops, which is added to the composition of beer from the brewery Lefebvre. The result is a golden lager, rather disturbing persistent white foam. It is the nose that the new hop begins to be felt by bringing this beer floral and lemony touches. In the mouth the citra affirms and brings up all its citrus pallet accompanied by this bitterness without being disagreeable. This version of the Hopus done perfectly highlights the American hops and each showcases for our pleasure!
