The Kasteel bruin is an artisanal Belgian brown beer brewery Van Honsebrouck. Today it is a classic Belgian dark beers of high fermentation and is very popular in Belgium and abroad for its excellent taste. The Kasteel Brune comes in a pretty dress of a relatively opaque brown-brown and accompanied by a beige foam head, dense and abundant to the good performance in the glass. From this brown Kasteel escape mild, malty aromas of plum and raisin, caramel, sugar candy, burnt malts and barley. This portends the arrival in the mouth, with a soft attack and very sweet. Fudge tastes of black fruit such as plum, honey and mocha are felt on the palate while alcohol discreetly displays its presence despite a volume percentage of 11%. The set appears quite vinous, with a slight acidity that evokes the red wine and port. The hop bitterness is hardly noticeable and especially accompanies the finish. Kasteel Brown beer is also called the brown castle. It will keep for several years, as indicated by the label. To serve, it is advisable to pour beer quickly and all at once, holding the glass vertically.
