La Socarrada

33cl bottle of beer charred.
Brewed malt, hops, water, sugar, yeast-fermented, rosemary and rosemary honey. The process that follows the brewing is as follows:
mix with water bracea malts at different temperatures and times.
the wort is boiled once separated, with hops and quenched.
yeasts are added and allowed to ferment for seven days at 22 °.
For a week it will no longer ripen in a closed pressurized tanks at a low temperature.
Finally, packaged form isobaric
It has a clean, fresh scent with an amber-honey color, semitransparent and dense. Has a slight smell of wood due to yeast, dominates much the smell of rosemary and third tasting notes of cherry, candy, pink pepper and pear are perceived. Bockbier reminds type beers but no smell of alcohol. I try to cash is all the above and taste of freshly cut grass honey is added. It has a very discreet bitterness.

Goes well with pates, vegetables, pork, ham, figs and foie, and of course paella.

Too marketing for what it really is. Like playing Russian roulette, you can open a bottle and come out good. . . . or not.
I have tried many other beers with best value for money
