La Wambrechies Is a lager that has the distinction of being flavored with juniper! Specialty Benelux and northern France, Juniper is a brandy produced based grain (wheat, rye, barley malt...) Which is flavored with juniper berries. La Wambrechies Shows a time in the glass an orange robe and slightly disturbed by the yeast sediment from the fermentation in the bottle. It is adorned with a thin but relatively stable and persistent foam. This North beer develops in the nose of sweet flavors pronounced but not without mentioning Juniper. These are at the heart of a flowery bouquet and odor from pleasant to breathe. Once on the palate, Wambrechies reveals very beautiful balanced flavors. Entered into a rather dry mouth but did not reveal alcohol rapidly appear floral hop flavors accompanied by a rising but unaggressive bitterness. Malts are also present and harmonize all come with soft, sugary and sweet flavors that offset the initial drought and hoppy flavors. The finish is harmonious and more pleasant while the end of the glass sounds like a call to his successor!
