Description of Leffe Blonde
- Appearance: It has an intense golden color, accompanied by an abundant and creamy white foam of short duration.

CERVECERÍA: Leffe. This brewery was founded in 1240 in the municipality of Dinant, province of Namur, in southern Belgium, by the canons of the Order of the Premonstratensian Canons that were part of the Abbey of Our Lady of Leffe, who have been maintaining the tradition for centuries of this magnificent beer. Currently, the brand is part of the portfolio of the giant brewing group AB InBev who established a commercial agreement with the abbey for the production and distribution of the beverage, and is made in its Stella Artois brewery, in the city of Leuven.
TYPE OF FERMENTATION: High fermentation.It is made from corn malts, barley malts and other aromatic malts that have a particular germination and drying treatment, in addition to spring water, hops and a special yeast strain that is responsible for that radiant golden color. For its manufacture it is tried to respect to the maximum the classic process of elaboration of the beers of abbeys.
BEER TYPE: Belgian Blonde Ale.
