This Imperial Stout is part of the beer geek breakfast series of Mikkeller brewery. The Beer Geek Brunch Weasel Cognac is brewed with one of the most expensive and rarest coffees of the world, from Vietnam, the hither phê Chn. Its manufacture is particularly original and gives it all its flavor recognized worldwide. Coffee beans are predigested by an Asian civet, the luwak, and recovered after digestion of the animal. Which gives it all its flavor, caramel and chocolate. To enhance further the taste of this Imperial Stout, it is aged in Cognac for more than 3 months, which makes this special beer! Its appearance is very neat, with opaque black dress accompanied by a small brown head. On the nose, aromas overwhelm you while remaining very balanced: malt, roasted notes, chocolate, strong coffee, wood and cognac. In the mouth, there are roasted flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, cognac alcohol with notes of oak. The mouth ends with a final alcohol.
