  • Appearance: Naparbier Sai Saison shows a translucent amber orange color, but slightly veiled and murky, with plenty of yeast sediment in suspension. Its foam is slightly yellowish, ivory soap compact but not too persistent, leaving remnants staying very lacy stuck to vessel walls.
  • Aroma: The nose is quite intense aroma, very citrusy orange and lemon, ripe fruit, yeast, dried flowers and some alcohol.
  • Body / Flavor: The palate is dry, very sweet taste, rather bitter and slightly acid, very citrus notes especially predominating lemon and orange peel, to a lesser extent grapefruit, pineapple, peach, banana, melon, grapes, and noticing the nuances of malt and yeast. Medium bodied, creamy texture is between viscous, and slightly rough

This Sai Season, hoppy still the Hallertau and Citra will delight fans of the style. Visually, this Spanish beer reveals an orange amber color topped with a thin beige foam. On the nose, the hop aroma of orange peel and spices mingle with lemon and caramel in a perfect balance. On the palate, the attack is dry and fruity again on the orange peel and citrus. The final is cereal and bitter. Delicious, this Naparbier Sai Saison achieves good performance to be both light, refreshing and complex. Amateur of this brewery?
