Nøgne Ø Special Holiday Ale 50cl

This Special Holiday Ale is basically a beer brewed in collaboration between Nogne and a California brasserie. Brewed since Norway are chestnuts and juniper berries, which are components of this exceptional beer. Visually, the Norwegian beer comes in a heavy black robe topped by a colorful and dense foam. On the nose, the aromas are multiple. We find ginger, cardamom and various chocolate notes. The palate is dominated by spices in attack accompanied by a beautiful intensity of malt. The end is both dry and spicy. The Special Holiday Ale thus proves to be a beer both amazing, complex, and accessible to novices. A work of craftsmanship, like a Nogne Imperial Brown Ale.
