Merica is a succulent type of beer Saison / Farmhouse discovering. Brewed by American Prairie Partisan Ales Oklahoma, Nelson Sauvin hops and yeast Brettanomyces were used during the preparation. Visually, this lager reveals an astonishing misty glow orange with a thick white head. Olfactory you have a lot of juicy citrus fruit (grapefruit, orange and lemon), melon, peach, but also a little spice and earthy hops. Gustatorily, Nelson Sauvin provides flavors of white wines as Brettanomyces add a juicy quality beer. There are also fruity flavors: grapefruit, lemon zest and fishing.
