Annoeullin once brewed by the SBA under the name of the Rince Cochon, this beer is now brewed by the Haacht brewery in Belgium which brews including Primus and Tongerlo beers. The character of this strong lager is hidden in a pale yellow dress which usually evokes lager with low degrees. Yet with 8, 5 °, it is far from Pils and other lager Beer! This dress is covered with a white foam head to the average thickness and the good performance in the glass. It has light, malty aroma and low notes of sweet and sour lemon. Alcohol is also noticeable and leaves no doubt as to the character of this beer. On the palate, the flavors are soft and round with malty and slightly fruity trends. Overall, it is enough only sweet and the perception of alcohol contrasts with the softness to the beverage. It's a little hoppy beer, which will delight fans of powerful but round beers. Indeed, the sweet flavors of malts balance the presence of alcohol in order to provide a smooth and very pleasant beer. The Rince Cochon is a lager which cleverly combines Flanders tasty recipe and produced commercially shifted. This beer to enjoy with wisdom (8, 5) clears the entirety of its flavors at a temperature of 6 ° C. Enjoy with a plate of charcuterie or an aperitif!
