Austria Schloss Eggenberg Brewery Austrian high fermentation beer that is aged in a cellar for nine months with 23% of natural moult
Capacity: 33cl
Origin: Brasserie
Brewed by Schloss Eggenberger Eggenberger Austria, this beer is a special blond high fermentation which is aging in cellars for 9 months with 23% of natural moult. It reveals a dark blonde color dress. Its foam is important, close and continuing well with medium bubbles. The nose is powerful and dominated by malt and hops. In the mouth the palate is filled quickly, it is high in alcohol but also flavors. Between sweet, armertume, the hoppy notes, hard to know who takes power. Intense beer, not for couples, which is perfect for an aperitif.

The Urbock 23 is an Austrian beer that is brewed by Brasserie du Château D'Eggenberger. The brewery, which produces the famous Samichlaus particular, specializes in beers with a capacity of conservation and extremely long aging. This is the case with this Urbock 23 which can be stored up to five years from the date of bottling. It is also stored for nine months in the cellars of the castle at the end to refine its taste qualities before its sale. This beer with an orange dress blond hardly create any foam as it enters the glass. It develops in exchange for intense, powerful and well balanced flavors. Hops and malt confronts the nose to try to lead the tasting. On the palate, this is a syrupy body glue lightly on the lips. It reveals fruity flavors and malt evoking the macerated fruit, liqueur. Everything is relatively sweet but fails to hide the beautiful hoppy bitterness that is manifested as the tasting.
