Wendelinus 75cl

Installed from the 9th century on the current site of the Meteor brewery, the monks of the Abbey of Wissembourg chose to brew their beer in the town of Hochfelden. Wendelinus continues today the tradition of beer tasting initiated by Saint Wendelin, the patron of farmers still celebrated in Hochfelden Alsace. The Wendelinus beer is a blonde with amber highlights. Once poured into his Wendelinus shaped glass chalice, you will discover its foamy head. It is characterized by a soft roundness and quite pronounced. Hops and malt mixture is wonderfully, hops not taking over during the tasting. In the mouth, we can notice a soft tip that is reminiscent of honey, spices and a note that evokes pepper. She enjoyed ideally between 8 and 9 ° C.
