tablie in London since 1831 Brewery Young's is one of the last independent family breweries and even the English capital! With that Young's Double Chocolate Stout, she invites you to discover a typical London style beer with a touch of chocolate home! Indeed, this beer that meets the Stout beer style is brewed with malt "Chocolate", called so because of their advanced roasts and black color that gives their strong roasting. These malts are frequently used for brewing but here they are associated with dark chocolate extracts and intriguing characteristic that earned him the name "Double" Chocolate! This Young's Double Chocolate Stout present in the glass a beautiful dress with opaque black wearing a relatively tough brown foam hat in the glass. It releases powerful aromas and roasted malt. Thus we find in the nose of very dark chocolate notes of roasted cocoa beans. A slightly ashy appearance, smoked plot nostrils while with warming in the glass begins to point to slight hints of prune and vanilla. Once the black drink in the mouth, first we find a very silky and creamy texture. If the entry mouth is sweet but not too sweet, the Young's Double Chocolate Stout then reveals a nascent bitterness and light disappearing into the finish, while roasted flavors gradually settles. These remain, however, relatively little aggressive and does not persist in the finish.
