Château Ksara Blanc de l'Observatoire 2018

A light and fruity wine, where fullness is given by the Obeidi and Clairette, the delicate floral aromas come from the Muscat, and the lively, freshness is imparted by the Sauvignon Blanc.

Château Ksara Le Blanc de l'Observatoire Blanc 2011
I drank it with a Cuban-style rice. To drink with friends.
It seemed a light golden yellow colour. Smells like honey. Passes easily across the palate, smooth and very nice.
