Ixsir Altitudes 2015

Warmth, sharpness, and ripeness are key here. Strawberries, oak and cassis on the nose. The open, accessible palate structure is enlivened by blackberry and cassis with a hint of green pepper, with ripe, soft tannins lending complexity; and a long, silky finish.

We drank this wine with seafood rice. They opened it at a wine event.
A beautiful colour. Daffodil smells. It is the lightest Ixsir I've ever tasted.

Lovely colour. This 2011 has a toffee aftertaste. This 2011 is slightly astringent.
Good wine to drink between hours.
All my friends absolutely loved Ixsir Altitudes.
