According to the appreciation that Ricardo P. Palacios did of the 2016 vintage of this marvelous Las Lamas, the weather conditions made it complex and demanding due to a higher than usual freshness and a slow vegetal process. However, the vineyards from where the grapes are extracted to make this Las Lamas 2016 are really adapted to the area and, precisely for that, wines of such beauty can be obtained. A simply fantastic wine that asks to be paired with consisting dishes.
