2016 Birichino Bechth Cinsault Vines (Cinsault)


  • View: Red intense, like the color of the ruby. It has some purplish highlights.
  • Nose: The aroma is of ripe fruit, all red, with notes of licorice and nuts.
  • Mouth: The taste is powerful, but not too invasive. It has a very elegant character, flavors and balanced acidity. The finish is long and vibrant.

AGEING: in oak barrels.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested near the end of the year to take advantage of the cold, which facilitates the process of stripping. Then the cold maceration, which lasts just a few hours occurs. the result is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it is fermented to controlled temperatures. It takes oak barrels where it is aged. Finally, bottled after clarification.
