TASTING NOTES:
Sombre, pale tawny, greenish rim indicating great age complex and deep nose, beef stock, resinous wood, remnants of candied fruit, hint of vanilla, maderised but not oxidised the palate is medium sweet, with candied fruit and caramel, characteristic tangy acidity, lightly salty, drying woodiness, very good depth of flavour very good length.
