Clos d'Agon 2011

I decided not to pair it with any dish. I tried it at a dinner with several friends and I really liked it.
Very light flavour. Deep scent, like coffee. Sweetish memories in mouth.

Clos d?Agon 2007
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Preparation: In the visual phase has a cherry high, intense color and coat trimmed with garnet
In the olfactory phase perfect assembly between woody aromas and red fruit, floral hints of violet background, strawberry, blackberry and a nice light tan appreciated.
In the palate, a perfect balance, with a very round tannins, nice, with lots of fruit, being very persistent as a whole is observed.
