Luna de Murviedro

Great Cava de Requena Utiel prepared by Murviedro. Clean, bright and citrus hints.
A view is pale yellow with some green hues. On the nose the presence of fresh fruit and light floral tones due to aging on lees is denoted. Creaminess on the palate, very well balanced, with a long citrus finish is partially precibe.
The maceration was performed by mechanical means (press) cold, then proceeding to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 º C. Starting January the print run before moving on to the bottle fermentation begins. Carbon is very well integrated.
