TASTING NOTES OF 2015 Antigva Rosé Wooden Case:
- View: light pink salmon, sparkling flashes, forming a good persistent crown.
- Nose: hints of wild breeding and fruit essences above primary fragrances.
- Mouth: exquisite, good persistence of carbon.
GRAPES: Trepat 60% and 40% Monastrell.
WINE PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif.
TEMPERATURE: 6 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
The farm, the nucleus of this project, has just five hectares, although we have the association of adjacent farms that add another ten hectares to this project. The terrain is calcareous, loamy clay, where the balance between clay, sand and silt predominates, with the presence of licorellas. The vines are old, with an average age over 60 years and are located about 400 meters above sea level.More about the Winery
