- View: Brut Zero Nature has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles , forming good crown .
- Nose : The nose has a thin blunt , typical of a long aging WINERY with elegant and complex reduction tones .
- Mouth: The palate is very balanced, powerful , with a breeding retronasal very elegant.
TEMPERATURE: between 6 and 8 ° C
GRAPES : 60 % Parellada , 30 % Macabeo and 10 % Xarello
