TASTING NOTES :
- View: Delapierre Etiqueta Negra Semi-Seco is pale yellow . Dark brown bottle and black label with gold that gives an elegant presence .
- Nose: fresh and light , delicate taste , round and balanced.
- Mouth: quite dry , with medium acidity and a slight fruity taste , quite persistent . It has a very fine carbon , creating a small crown in the glass.
DEGREE OF ALCOHOL : 11.5 %
PAIRING: Fits multiple times , before, during and after meals .
GRAPES : Macabeo , Parellada , Viura , Xarello
WINEMAKING: 1st Vinification and fermentation.
Musts were fermented at a low temperature (below 20 ° C). After blending the wine is cold stabilized before the run. Second fermentation and aging: Fermentation and aging in bottle , encontacto with yeasts, between 12 and 15 ° C , temperature of the caves , until the time of disgorgement , which are expelled yeast and expedition liqueur added .
